Includes

  • Removal of existing storage hot water system (HWS)

  • Single-storey homes only, with outdoor unit at ground level and accessible via trolley

  • Installation of Heat Pump Hot Water System (HPHWS) to the existing electrical circuit (electrical work beyond this is not included)

  • Disposal of old unit

  • Installation by a qualified and licensed plumber, with all compliance certificates provided upon completion

  • Standard installation only

Heat Pump Conversion – Terms & Conditions

Prices are based on the assumption that:

  • Existing hot and cold water connections can be reused

  • The current HWS location complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and Australian Standards

  • The existing location is suitable for reconnection to the new unit

All STC or other government rebates must be claimed by the client.

Additional Costs May Apply For:

  • Relocation of the HWS to a compliant location

  • Removal of an existing solar hot water system (if requested or required)

  • Additional lifting equipment or labour due to access restrictions

  • Difficult or restricted site access requiring extra labour

Electrical

This package includes installation of the new heat pump using an existing single GPO outlet connected to the existing general power circuit.

Pricing assumes the existing electrical circuit:

  • Is compliant with current Australian Standards

  • Has sufficient capacity to support the additional load

Additional Costs May Apply For:

  • Installation of RCD protection or switchboard modifications to meet compliance

  • Reconfiguration of the power circuit to increase load capacity

  • Installation of a dedicated 15-amp circuit where required

  • Multi-storey installations requiring additional labour due to access or safety requirements
