Returns Policy

NO REFUNDS ON OPEN PACKAGES

You may return your product (excluding custom orders) anytime within 30 days from delivery for a full refund (minus any surcharges) there is a 10% restocking fee applicable and items must be boxed and unopened. No refunds on evaporative units, multi heads or ducted units. 

Please check your order when it arrives for any damage. Damage must be reported to our office within 48 hours to avoid any potential problems with suppliers. Please email photos to office@totalair.com.au. 

Damaged items:

All our products are inspected before shipping. If you find your item is damaged on delivery, please send photos to office@totalsystems.com.au. Damage reports must be made within 48 hours with evidence.

Cancelled orders / change of mind:

If you cancel an order before the item has been shipped, you will receive a full refund (minus any payment surcharges). 

If you cancel an order once the product has been shipped, you will be required to have the product returned at your expense. The item will be inspected to make sure it is unopened and not damaged. A refund for the balance of the invoice will be returned to you minus a 10% restocking fee and any payment surcharges. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.

  1. All refunds will be processed once products are returned to our warehouse and have been inspected.
  2. No refunds will be given to any custom made equipment and or special orders.
  3. Pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of payment.
  4. If products are damaged whilst in your care, no refund will be available.
  5. Airconditioning Wholesale will adhere to the ACL requirements for refunds.
