How it works

    Buy from AWA (WA only)

    Order an eligible Lifestyle or Comfort split system for delivery or pickup in WA, and pay in full between 9:00am AEDT 2 November and 11:59pm AEDT 11 December 2026.

    Lodge your claim

    Claim online by 11:59pm AEDT 11 January 2027 with your tax invoice, proof of payment, the outdoor model and serial number and the indoor model number.

    Get your Mastercard

    Claims are checked within 4 weeks. Your digital prepaid Mastercard arrives by SMS within 5 business days of approval.

Important to know

  • WA only through AWA. We sell General Airstage (Fujitsu) to Western Australian customers only. In other states, find a local General Airstage dealer to take part in the promotion.
  • Your name, your home. Purchases must be in your personal name, for domestic and residential use. Your invoice must show your full name and the residential installation address.
  • Not for business or trade purchases. Purchases by or for companies, trusts, businesses, builders, developers, installers or resellers (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
  • Paid in full in time. Zero balance owing, with payment made between 2 November and 11 December 2026. Keep your proof of payment.
  • You'll need the outdoor model and serial number and the indoor model number. Not installed yet? Contact GENERAL in writing before 11 January 2027 so they can make other arrangements.
  • One claim per product. Multiple products are fine, but each must be claimed separately.
  • The reward is a digital prepaid Mastercard sent by SMS. Activate it within 3 months; it's valid for 12 months after activation.
  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Not valid with any other offer unless stated.
